About the Law & Legislation

Our goal is to advance the legal access, responsible use, and ethical regulation of psychedelic medicine in Missouri and federally. We work with regulators, industry leaders, and stakeholders to ensure patient access and harm reduction through strong policy frameworks.

By supporting clinical research, we help drive FDA approvals, rescheduling efforts, and compassionate access pathways. We also advocate for the legal production of botanical psychedelics while protecting Indigenous rights to sacred medicine traditions.
